My mom, Pam, does her first product review in this video. She is reviewing the Almond Milk product line and Praçaxi Nectar Carol's Daughter product. She had transitioning natural hair in the video and now she is no longer natural but she still uses the product and loves it. 

It did not work well for my hair and I wanted her to try it because I still felt it was a good product, just not right for me.

Plus since they are individual twists, it's easier to redo the ones that get frizzy or untwist. Easy braid out protective style with only 2 products

I only used 2 products and I love my results!! 

I usually do twist or 2 braids on my braid out. I tried 4 braids this time with the Bounce Curl Light Creme Gel and I love how my hair turned out. Guess what... it lasted for 3 days and all I did was sleep with a satin bonnet on my hair. 

* Make sure to apply the Garnier Fructis leave-in conditioning cream and the Bounce Curl Light Creme Gel on each section of hair before braiding. 

** Do not braid you hair too tight to avoid breakage. Let your hair air dry all day and take down your braids the next day or when you are ready. (Make sure your hair is fully dry).

*** Take your braids down and apply more Bounce Curl product and  style as you would like.

My hair process using 3 simple products

I get asked about the products that I use for my naturally curly hair often. I decided to do a quick video showing the process and products I use. In this video I am using 2 new products, Garnier Fructis Curl Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner and Bounce Curl Light Creme Gel. I also used my normal Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Leave-In Conditioning Cream. 

Garnier Fructis Curl Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner: I absolutely love how this shampoo and conditioner makes my hair feel. The shampoo has a thicker consistency and it lathers really good! My hair gets tangled easily and with this shampoo and conditioner, my hair was a lot easier to comb through afterwards. 

Bounce Curl Light Creme Gel: I typically do not use a gel on my hair unless I'm slicking it back into a bun. I do not like my hair "hard and crunchy" and I still want it to blow in the wind and have mobility. With this product my hair was the complete opposite! It helped define my curls, my hair was not hard at all, it had mobility when the wind blew and went right back into place. My hair did not flake at all and the gel had a smooth texture to it. It wasn't sticky like other gels.

Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Leave-In Conditioning Cream: I make sure that I use leave-in conditioner in my hair everyday. I rinse my hair every other day, unless I am wearing a protective style or my hair is straightened. The reason I do this is because I do not want to have product build up and my hair gets heavy from product. I use the leave-in conditioner to keep my hair moisturized and I normally only use this to style my hair. Whether I am wearing it down or using it to prepare my protective style. They do have a new leave-in called Curl Nourish Butter Cream Leave-In Treatment that I want to try.
